Tilquin Cassis Rullquin 750ml

Cassis Rullquin is a mixed-fermentation beer crafted with a blend of 7/8 Rulles Brune and 1/8 1-year-old lambic. This base beer is then aged for 8 months in oak barrels.  This is then macerated on 160 grams per litre of blackcurrents before being packaged and bottle conditioned for 6 months.
