Cantillon Grand Cru Bruoscella 750ml

Known as "the missing link between wine and beer," Grand Cru Bruocsella is an unblended, single vintage uncarbonated lambic aged in oak casks for three full years. 

Unlike Gueuze, which blends young and old lambics to spark bottle re-fermentation, Bruocsella undergoes no secondary fermentation, pouring completely flat and still. 

The extended oak maturation softens its wild acidity, yielding a deeply complex, golden-amber ale with notes of green apple, honey, and subtle oxidative depth reminiscent of a dry white wine.
