Cantillon Kriek is a definitive benchmark for traditional Belgian fruit lambic.

Made by macerating 200 grams of whole, organic sour cherries per liter in two year old lambic, the natural sugars from the fruit spark a second fermentation inside the oak barrels.

After months of skin-contact extraction, the cherries infuse the beer with a radiant ruby hue, bright notes of tart red cherry and almond-like pit tannin, and a clean, bone-dry finish where wild funk and crisp acidity reign supreme.
