A malt whisky blended with the passion and heritage of Kiuchi Brewery's 200-year sake brewing history. 

This signature release features whisky distilled at the Yasato Distillery using locally-harvested Hitachino barley malt.

Expertly blended after aging in a combination of Bourbon, Rum, and Sherry casks, offering a complex, smooth, and a uniquely Japanese flavour profile balancing sweet, fruity, and subtle spicy notes.
