S.O.B. have the proud honour of producing Birmingham's first ever whiskey, that's right, the first whiskey ever produced in our brilliant hometown!

The third release is batch two of their signature pot still whiskey.

Matured for 4 years & 3 months, in Virgin Staffordshire oak & ex-Tennessee whiskey casks, expect all the beautiful grain character and rich mouth-feel of their inaugural release, with subtle batch variation and individuality. Limited to 540 bottles.

Naturally presented, as it should be.

Mash-Bill - Traditionally floor malted heritage grains: malted Maris Otter barley, un-malted flaked barley, malted oats, malted rye & chocolate malt.

Two Casks:-

Journey - first fill, ex-Tennessee whiskey
Kenneth - virgin Staffordshire oak

Palate: Rich honey spice, toasted oak, sesame & dark chocolate.
