Braybrooke Keller Spirit 35cl

Something a bit different: The Keller Spirit is an oak aged distillate of our Keller Lager, infused with Tettnang hops for a citrusy and herbal edge.

As part of a sustainability initiative to increase the reuse of resources and to reduce waste, we have collaborated with The Beer Barrel Distillery Co, a Small Batch Distillery that uses a unique still system – #betterstill, to bring you the Keller Spirit.

This golden coloured spirit has a peppery, toasted bread aroma. Layers of spice, green apples with herbal undertones. A subtle vanilla finish with a slight bitterness. Try it neat or as a chaser to one of Braybrooke's beers.
