Raicilla is a traditional Mexican spirit crafted from the agave plant, similar to tequila and mezcal. It hails from the southwestern region of Jalisco and boasts a rich history dating back around 300 years. Unlike tequila, raicilla can be made from various agave species, contributing to its diverse flavour profile.
