Quietly perfect it is the OG, the inspiration and backbone to generations of beer. This beer is a love letter to a hop that Ideal Day use in almost everything but never as singulary as they do here. Every stage of the brew, from mash to conditioning this wonderful flower expresses itself with all its nuances and complexities. Never too loud, for ever multifaceted.
