Cantillon Ashanti 750ml

Born as an evolution of Cantillon's celebrated 2022 Zwanze release, Ashanti is a unique single-fruit/spice lambic infusion created using rare Gorilla pepper (a wild, highly aromatic peppercorn harvested in West Africa).

While the original Zwanze experiment placed the spice front and center, Ashanti adjusts the blend to put a stronger focus back on the character of the base lambic.

Aged in oak and re-fermented in the bottle, Ashanti pairs Cantillon’s natural wild funk and tart acidity with vibrant, exotic notes of citrus, ginger, and lingering, aromatic spice.
