Tilquin Rullquin au café d'Éthiopie 750ml

Rullquin au café d’Éthiopie is a collaborative effort between Rich Soriano and Parlor Coffee Roasters.

A mixed fermentation beer, made from a blend of 7/8 Rulles Brune and 1/8 one-year-old lambics, which is then matured in oak barrels for eight months. Before bottling, ground Ethiopian coffee is infused into the blend for 24 hours. 

Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented and matured in the bottle for 1 year.

Ingredients: water, malt, wheat, hops, coffee, sugar, inverted sugar, yeast.
