We are so excited to have reached this historic milestone in this distillery's history, with the launch of Spirit of Birmingham Inaugural Whiskey. 

Spirit of Birmingham's signature mixed mash-bill, pot still whiskey. The first whiskey ever produced in our hometown of Birmingham.

70cl, 48%ABV, Naturally presented.

Mashbill - Traditionally floor malted heritage grains: malted Maris Otter barley, un-malted flaked barley, malted oats, malted rye & chocolate malt. 

Four Casks: 

• Babylon - first fill, ex Buffalo Trace
• Capricorn - virgin Staffordshire oak
• Electric - virgin Staffordshire oak
• Gnawa - first fill, ex Buffalo Trace
