Spirit of Birmingham Dark Mash 330ml

Separated from their dark mash after fermentation; hopped and bottle conditioned (unfined). The remaining mash is distilled to make their spirits.

The beer is made with the same mash bill as their premium spirits, no corners are cut. Their specially created recipe uses five grains for depth of flavour & body. The base malt is a traditional heritage variety that has stood the test of time and is famed for its robust flavour profile.
