Spirit of Birmingham Single Origin Jamaican Rum 50cl

After the success of their first rum bottling - that 8y/o single cask, ex-bourbon aged rum 50% abv - they have sourced an amazing white rum. 

As always, their spirits have to be single, interesting, with great taste and integrity. So this single origin - no blending, no added colour or sugar - has joined the SoB family.

SoB Rum is always personally selected by Ant & Joanie. This beautiful white rum is Jamaican. We can't tell you the distillery; but they're kind of a big deal...  

Nose: creamed coconut, fresh banana, ripe nectarine, hint of spice.  

Palate: silky toffee, white pepper,  

Finish: Long, delicate funk as the spice ebbs away.
