Ideal Day Family Brewery is a small, family-run brewery in Cornwall, UK.

Founded in late 2022 by brewer James Rylance and his wife, Nia, the brewery is dedicated to creating high-quality, ingredient-led beers. James, who has a decade of experience from breweries like The Kernel and Beavertown, focuses on what they call "Field Beers." This concept emphasises using locally sourced ingredients from regenerative farms, such as heritage barley and single-farm British hops.

Their beers are inspired by classic British and European styles, known for their balanced, complex flavours. The brewery's core mission is to blend a passion for craft beer with a commitment to sustainable farming and a family-focused life in the countryside.
