Ideal Day A Place of our Own 500ml

The coolship is doing wonderful things, or maybe the stout is, or Ideal Day are, it's hard to tell. 

This is their third beer using their homemade coolship, and there's a correlation forming between the beers.

An underlying, fruit-forward note, hard to define that keeps cropping up. Using historic British brewing techniques, and heritage floor-malted barley, raw regenerative YQ wheat and single farm UK hops.

There is a smooth, gentle roast, caramelised fig jam sweetness, biscuity moreishness and underneath all that ethereal fruity character that they think comes from whatever magic is occurring in the coolship.
