What makes Soulihull based Burning Barn different is that their story isn’t made up, and neither are the ingredients in their rums. They started the brand after an enormous fire engulfed their family farm. The fire inspired the brand and the flavours they use – that’s why they roast the spices for their Spiced Rum themselves and why they use apple wood from their own orchard to smoke their Smoked Rum.
