When we heard that @BlackIsleBrewery & @thekernelbrewery had got together to make another beer we just had to get some in... 🍻 Doppelsticke - 7.8% A little known German style that has origins in Altbier, but just a little bit bigger. A Doppelsticke (which the literal translation is 'Double Secret'), if you want the most simple version, is a sort-of German Barley Wine.
