The grapes are from a single vineyard in North Worcestershire.

The 100% pinot noir précoce underwent maceration for 3 weeks at a cool, constant temperature in our viaduct arch, before being aged for 10 months in used french oak. The wine was bottled on the premises, unfiltered and unfined.

The result is a medium/light body red with a deep purple hue. Expect notes of lavender, dried flowers and cherry.
