Hogan's Wild Elder 440ml

Wild Elder is a perfect summer drink. During late May and early June, elderflower is foraged in local hedgerows. An elder flower tea is then made which is blended with cider which has been fermented with a Champagne yeast. A pronounced natural elder flower aroma is followed by a medium sweet classic gentle tannic English cider apple flavour. Fermented with a Champagne yeast.

Ingredients: English cider apple juice, water, sugar, elderflower cordial, carbon dioxide, malic acid, preservative: potassium metabisulphite (sulphites)
