Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus 750ml

Dedicated to Gambrinus, the mythical King of Beer, Rosé de Gambrinus is an exceptionally vibrant fruit lambic that highlights the intense aroma and flavour of fresh raspberries. 

Two year old lambic is steeped with whole organic raspberries (and a small touch of sour cherries to enhance structure and colour), allowing the wild microflora and fruit to interact in oak casks.

It pours a deep, glowing rose-pink with a bursting nose of fresh berries, delicate floral funk, and a mouthwatering citrus-like acidity.
