Cantillon Gueuze 750ml

Widely considered the gold standard of traditional Oude Gueuze, Brasserie Cantillon's Classic Gueuze often called the "Champagne of Brussels" is a world-renowned, authentically crafted Belgian lambic.

This completely unsweetened masterpiece relies entirely on wild, airborne yeast from the Zenne valley for its spontaneous fermentation. The beer is meticulously crafted by blending one, two, and three year old lambics, brewed from an organic mix of 65% barley malt and 35% raw wheat. Aged hops are added to provide structural stability without imparting bitterness, while bottle refermentation creates its signature, champagne like effervescence.

While highly refreshing and deeply layered right now, this beer is a prime candidate for cellaring; as it matures in the bottle, its flavour will continue to gain remarkable complexity and elegance.
