A plain grist of barley and wheat gives this beer the background for Burnt Mill's tart mango delight whilst the finest Maldon Sea Salt provides a moreish salinity. Alphonso mangoes claim to be the 'King of Mangoes', hailing from the Goa region of India and gives a sweet and juicy tropical mango flavours.
