Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky Classic Release 35 70cl

Two Brewers expressions are broadly grouped into four categories of single malt whiskies: Classic, Peated, Special Finish, and Innovative.

Made in small batches, with a variety of malted and roasted grains, using different fermentation techniques and a mix of barrels. The goal is that no two releases will be the same, so that as each expression emerges, it is layered and unique.

An elaborate example of Two Brewers' Classic stylings, rich and complex. And of course rewarding. No tricks or traps, just fine whisky contemplation.

The intricate nose is worth mulling, textures of baking spice, ripe pit fruit, umami and fresh hewn oak. The creamy entry is bright and assertive, spice wrapped sweetness flowing and growing across the palate. A tangle lingers, drying oak with fine sugars and sprinkled spice.
