One of the rarest beers in the world, it is brewed on only one day of the year - December 6th (St. Nicolas day) and fermented and matured for ten months before bottling.
As a unique rarity, it can mature in the bottle for many years to gain even more complexity. Shimmering red-brown, complex aromas of prunes, malt and caramel.
