One of the rarest beers in the world, it is brewed on only one day of the year - December 6th (St. Nicolas day) and fermented and matured for ten months before bottling.
A storage period in oak barrels in pre-filled Chardonnay or whiskey barrels makes the already special Samichlaus beer even more special. This also brings a light acidity, subtle wood notes and even more complex aromas into play.
The vintage beer results with a whacking strength of 14% abv!
