Mr Black Rum Barrel Coffee Liqueur 70cl

This is a special expression of Mr Black’s signature cold-brew coffee liqueur that has been aged in rum barrels. The base is the brand’s bitter-sweet blend of 100 % specialty-grade Arabica beans and wheat-vodka spirit, then finished in ex-Bumberg Rum casks to add new depth. 

On the nose and palate you’ll find layers of rich coffee accompanied by toffee, molasses, brown sugar and dark chocolate notes — the rum-barrel treatment brings in subtle spice and a dry finish that keeps it from being overly sweet.

It’s crafted in Australia and retains the brand’s commitment to quality: specialty Arabica beans (from regions like Colombia and Ethiopia), cold-brew extraction, vegan-friendly, gluten-free.

As for serving: wonderful neat or on the rocks, but also very effective in elevated coffee-cocktails where you want more complexity than a standard coffee liqueur. The rum-barrel finish makes it particularly suitable as a richer alternative in drinks like an Espresso Martini or an Old Fashioned variant.
