Mills Brewing x Sunken Knave - Stingo Light 750ml

Brewed with Henry Kirk of Sunken Knave.

Stingo Light is a traditional strong English ale. It was made using Maris Otter and black malts, invert sugar, and large quantities of Fuggle and Goldings hops. Open fermented with ale yeast before maturation in old oak barrels with our local microflora.

Dry-hopped and bottle conditioned.

Ingredients: water, barley, rye, oats, hops, yeast.
