Mills Brewing x Sunken Knave - Stingo Dark 750ml

Brewed with Henry Kirk of Sunken Knave.

Stingo Dark is a traditional strong English ale. It was made using Maris Otter and black malts, invert sugar, and large quantities of Fuggle and Goldings hops. Open fermented with ale yeast before maturation in old Scotch barrels with our local microflora. Dry-hopped with Bramling Cross before bottle conditioning.

Ingredients: water, barley, rye, oats, hops, yeast.
