Mezcal

Mezcal, is made from any type of agave plant that is grown in various regions throughout Mexico. Distilled using traditional methods, involving roasting the agave in underground pits before fermentation and distillation. This gives mezcal its distinctive smoky flavour, with notes of wood and earth. Mezcal can vary in colour from clear to amber.
