This 2020 vintage is a wonderful fermentation of new and traditional bittersharp and bittersweet cider apple varieties including Hastings, Gilly and Dabinett.

Luscious astringency with apple softness, which complement the parched dry profile. Sip slowly and savour the wonderfully sharp and chewy bite.
