Hogan's Gosé Against The Grain Cider 500ml

This is a mineral, saline sour, lip licking delicious cider. Hints of the seaside, the Gose style accentuates the cider’s appleyness! Taking Brettanomyces fermented cider with its farmyard notes and sharp overtones and included a little Cornish sea salt to bring out the character of this lovely cider.

Ingredients: English cider apple juice, water, sugar, carbon dioxide, Cornish sea salt, malic acid, preservative: potassium metabisulphite (sulphites)
