Hogan's Classic Perry 500ml

An often overlooked indigenous drink, perry historically was the royal tipple when at war with France as  French wine was a little difficult to get hold of…..Sparkling and refreshing, Hogan’s perry, made from perry pears, has a wine-like complexity. There’s a hint of sweetness delivered partly by the presence of sorbitol, an unfermentable sugar found in pears. Fermented with a Champagne yeast.

Ingredients: English perry pear juice, water, sugar, carbon dioxide, malic acid, preservative: potassium metabisulphite (sulphites)
