A distinctive cider with a beautiful color that ranges from golden yellow to orange. It has a fine, delicate effervescence. This gastronomic cider offers a refreshing bitterness.

Disgorged on an Extra-Brut base, it undergoes a traditional method of clarification in the bottle after natural foaming. This process, along with capsulation and pointing of the bottles, allows for the removal of yeast during disgorgement while preserving the natural carbonation. The result is a completely clear, refined, and stable cider.
