Herout Clos Landais 750ml

This unique cider comes from a blend of two grape varieties characteristic of the Cotentin region: Petit Amer (67%) and Binet Rouge (33%). The Clos Landais vineyard, spanning 0.7 hectares, is situated atop a coastal plateau, surrounded by natural hedges. Planted in 1982, this plot has always been organically farmed.

Visually, the cider is a beautiful golden-orange hue with delicate effervescence. On the nose, it offers subtle, smoky aromas with notes of fresh apple and iodine. The palate is a harmonious blend of bitterness, sweetness, and acidity, with a firm tannic structure. The refreshing bitterness, balanced by residual sugars, creates a cider with excellent aging potential. A true expression of terroir.
