Guillaume Gonnet, a 3rd generation winemaker, and his wife Kelly, purchased their own plots in Chateaneuf Du Pape in 2015 to start their dream of exploring the potential of Southern Rhone grape varieties in varying terroir. Since then they have been producing wines reflecting their philosophy of Minimal interference with the “terroir effect” by following biodynamic agricultural principles.
Tasting Notes: Notes of cherry and creme de cassis on the palate with a slight hint of licorice, pepper and Asian spices
Pairing Suggestions: Very versatile, this wine pairs well with a range of foods from a mixed plate of charcuterie and cheeses to peking duck and pancakes.
