From the foot of Mont-Ventoux in the Vallée-du-Rhone La Combe Au Mas produce some beautiful Amphora Aged wines from their vineyard that’s currently being Organic Certified, whilst practising Bio-Dynamic Techniques. 100 year old Amphoras ranging from 1800-3200L hold their wines, with minimum intervention, no filtering, natural yeasts and minimal sulphite additions.

A blend of 45% Vermentino 45% Grenache blanc 10% Muscat grapes, touch of floral sweet fruit in a bubbly dry pet nat.
