A crisp West Coast pale with a moreish bitterness lays the way for the vibrant fruits of Mosaic and Idaho.

Hopped with classic Centennial and Chinook in the whirlpool for a citrus and pine base layer, we then loaded the dry hop with Mosaic and Idaho for lots of tropical citrus fruits, notes of berries and a dank backdrop.
