Stark-Condé Wines is a Stellenbosch-based family winery. We ventured slightly out of our area to produce this wine, made from unirrigated bush vine vineyards from the Coastal Region. This area is renowned for Chenin Blanc – the grapes seem to have an affinity for the deep shale soils of this region Resulting in concentrated fruit flavours and a good natural acidity.
