Pure Cider is created in partnership with Celtic Marches, artisan producers of premium quality cider. Exclusively sourced from the Frome Valley, Pure Cider is a medium, well rounded Herefordshire cider made from 100% Herefordshire apples. Every apple is picked from orchards within a 1.5 Mile radius of the Celtic Marches farm. They’re then pressed on the very same day. Pure Cider is authenticated by a protected geographical indicator (PGI) which certifies it is a genuine Herefordshire product.

An easy drinking 4.6% cider with a mellow flavour and slight tart finish. The cider is allowed to mature for 3-4 months to develop the very best flavour profile. Locally sourced mineral water is used in the fermentation process, creating a clean, crisp and easy drinking cider.
