Dry Hopped Sour 5.3% 330ml
Originally brewed in 2018, as the start of a series of kettle soured beers with branding inspired by the ‘op art’ movement, particularly Bridget Riley. It was lacto-soured in the kettle, then a mixed culture was pitched for primary fermentation. It was then dry-hopped with the classic combination of Citra and Amarillo to give a bright citrus aroma to complement the acidity.
