Helles lager with Brett Brux Trois.

Brett yeast and Helles is an excellent sour: Hazy gold body, capped by a fine white head. The bouquet is floral and fruity with a hoppy, yeasty orange zest aroma. On the pallet you’ll find similar fruity floral flavours but as the Brettanomyces yeast begins to develop, this will introduce a more citrusy finish.
